Be very careful when considering doing business with a company that has changed its name. One has to wonder why? A great deal of work goes into changing a business name and cost too. What is the motivation? Are they hiding a bad reputation? Did they go bankrupt under the other name? If they couldn't get something as important as a name for thier business right the first time, I would have to wonder how they would perform a job for me or one of my clients. I know, sometimes, a name change is completely innocent. So I submit this, meet with the owner/s, use your intuition, trust your senses. We're all aware of how so much misleading information can be tossed around, diffusing and taking you out of sync with your best judgment, so, sit back and choose carefully! It does not matter who you are or how much cash you have on hand, it's a bad thing to be ripped off!
